Wayne County parents are being reminded to take their children's immunization record with them when taking them to the Health Department or to their doctor's office for shots.
This helps to ensure that each child is up to date on his or her shots that are needed, as well as assist in speeding up the process, health officials said.
In some cases children may have received their immunizations through different providers -- making a copy of the shot record helpful in determining what vaccinations are needed.
