Three public hearings on zoning requests dominate a light agenda for Monday's Goldsboro City Council meeting.
The first involves property on the northwest corner of North Berkeley Boulevard and Lisa Lane. Property owner Glenn Barwick is requesting the Council rezone the parcel from residential to office and institutional.
The next hearing also involves a request for a change from residential to office and institutional. Olavee Williams is asking the Council to rezone property located on the north side of Hood Swamp Road, between U.S. 13 and Smith Farm Road.
The final hearing involves property located at the northwest corner of New Hope Road and Hare Road, where Coastal Transport, Inc. is requesting a change from office and institutional to general business.
Monday's meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. and will be held in the Council chambers inside historic City Hall.
The Council, as is its custom, will entertain public comment at the conclusion of regular business.
