Wish her luck: Majesty Rose is starting new adventure with solid values

Perhaps she won't be the next Lady Gaga -- or maybe she will.

But as Majesty Rose leaves today to join her fellow performers for the "American Idol" summer tour, there is one thing for certain.

She will stay true to herself.

In an age when there are so many stories about young performers who have lost their way, it is nice to see someone with her head on straight who has decided that it will stay that way.

Who knows what the future holds for this young lady, but it seems likely that she will be a role model throughout her career.

And that is a rarity -- and a quality to be celebrated.
