Andre Lavell Williams, 40, died Wednesday in Charlotte.
Funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at White Oak Original Free Will Baptist Church. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery.
He was born Feb. 5, 1978, in Cayahoga, Ohio, to Andre Thompson and Linda Williams.
He is survived by four children.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 6 to 7 p.m., with the family present, at Haskins Funeral Home.
