Alma Sugg “Tootsie” Owens, 85, Kinston, died Sunday.
Funeral will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Rouse Funeral Home, with the Rev. Greg Kincaid officiating. Burial will be in Pinelawn Memorial Park.
She was born Sept. 28, 1932, in Greene County to the late Samuel C. Jr. and Hazel Ormond Sugg. She was married to the late Harvey Owens Jr.
Visitation will be Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
