Robert Ray Banks, 64, 420 W. Seymour Drive, died Tuesday at home.
Funeral will be Monday at 2 p.m. at James T. Haskins Memorial Chapel. Burial will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Eastern Carolina Veterans Cemetery.
He was born Sept. 15, 1953, in Wayne County to William Thomas Banks and Pauline Bizzell.
Visitation will be Monday from 1 to 2 p.m. at Haskins Funeral Home.
