Rosa Adell Whaley Proctor, 83, Kenly, died Saturday at Smithfield Manor.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 1 to 1:45 p.m. at Kenly Funeral Service, followed by a graveside service at 2 p.m. in Kenly Cemetery, with the Rev. Michael Dye officiating.
She was born in Duplin County April 27, 1934, to the late Fletcher and Rosa Bell Quinn Whaley. She was married to the late James William Proctor Jr.
She is survived by three sons.
