Kathy Jean Wagner Kowalec, 63, died Monday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral will be in Illinois.
She was born in Cooke County, Ill., April 2, 1954, to the late Richard Joseph and Georgianna Sotak Wagner.
She is survived by three children.
