Deacon Kenneth "Kennis" Earl Morrisey, 76, 838 W. College St., Warsaw, died Sunday at Wayne UNC Health Care.
Funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Prayer of Faith Evangelistic Church of Warsaw. Burial will be at Devotional Gardens of Warsaw.
He was born Feb. 4, 1941, in Sampson County to Lewis Morrisey Sr. and Doshia Chesnutt Newkirk. He was married to Hester Smith Morrisey.
He is survived by seven children.
Visitation will be 5 to 6 tonight at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home of Warsaw.
