Mary Jo Sauls, 56, Dudley, passed away Sunday.
Born in Wayne County, she was the daughter of Joann Corbett and the late Woodrow Corbett.
She was an EMT with Cherry Hospital.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2017, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home, with the Rev. David Moehring officiating. Burial will follow in Wayne Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, Oct. 3, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home.
In addition to her husband, Luby Myers, she is survived by a son, Michael Sauls and fianceé, April Wilkinson, of the home; son, Kevin Sauls of Wayne County; grandchildren, Caylum, Alyssa, Karma, Gemini and Aries Sauls and Hayden Smith; a brother, Ricky Corbett, and his wife, Cindy, of Atlanta, Ga.; and a sister, Joyce Holland and husband, Stanley, of Smithfield.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to be made to Cures for the Colors, 203 Cox Blvd., Goldsboro, N.C., 27534.
