Perry Lee Carlton Sr., 92, 113 Short St., Mount Olive, died Friday at home.
Funeral will be Thursday at noon at Mount Gilead Missionary Baptist Church, with the Rev. Perry Carlton Jr. presiding and the Rev. Michael McDougal as eulogist. Burial will be in Wayne Memorial Park.
Born in Duplin County, he was the son of the late James H. and Minnie Boykins Carlton, and husband of Daisy Lee Carlton.
Ten children survive.
Visitation will be Thursday from 11 a.m. to noon at the church. At other times, the family will be at the home.
Arrangements are by Garris Funeral Home.
