MARGARET GRAY MOORE WILLIFORD

Margaret Gray Moore Williford, 91, passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2017.
She was born Sept. 26, 1925, to the late Jack Moore and Maude Lucas Moore.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Ellis Williford; sons, Jack Ellis Williford and Johnny Williford; brother, Lynwood (Pete) Moore; and sisters, Catherine Calhoun and Beatrice Rugg.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2017, at 9 a.m. at Selah Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Tom Dorman officiating.
She is survived by sons, Clarence Douglas Williford of Rosewood, and Phillip Ray Williford and Anthony Lee Williford, both of Princeton; daughters, Carol Snipes of Goldsboro, Diane Dawes of Goldsboro, and Ida Williford of Dudley; sister, Geraldine Lancaster of Goldsboro; 17 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Casey Funeral Home Chapel. At other times, the family will be at the home of Diane Dawes, 4230 Stevens Mill Road, Goldsboro, N.C.
