Wanda Pearsall Babb, 67, resident of Mount Olive, passed away Monday, May 1, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Graveside funeral services will be Thursday, May 4, at 2 p.m. at Maplewood Cemetery of Mount Olive. Pastor Jeffrey Dail will officiate.
The family will receive friends at Tyndall Funeral Home prior to the service from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. and at other times, at the residence.
Wanda was the widow of Charles C. Babb, and daughter of the late Braxton L. and Katie Mozingo Pearsall.
She is survived by her fiance´, Willie Darden of Mount Olive; three sons, Jay Allen and wife, Allison, of Mount Olive, Brian Babb and wife, Erica, of Mount Olive and Stephen Babb and wife, Dixie, of Grantham; five grandchildren, Kaitlyn Grace Love Kornegay, Layla Ruth Halo Allen, Alexandria Nicole Babb, Stephen Charles Babb and Sarafina Erin Everett; a sister, Kay P. Jones of Mount Olive; two brothers, Leonard Pearsall and wife, Susan, of Mount Olive and Ben Pearsall and wife, Denise, of Greenville, S.C.; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
