James Arthur Starke, 81, 311 S. Alabama Ave. died Thursday at Brian Center Health and Rehabilitation, Goldsboro.
Funeral will be 4 p.m. Wednesday in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the chapel, prior to the service.
He was born on Aug. 8, 1935 in Wayne County to Thomas Lee Starke and Onner Lee Morrison Starke. He is survived by his son.
