TONY GREGG NORWOOD

Tony Gregg Norwood, 57, died Friday morning at Wayne Memorial Hospital. Born in Duplin County he was the son of the late Bobby Earl and Peggy Ann Norwood and was the husband of Debbie Norwood.
A service to celebrate his life will be held Sunday at 5 p.m. at the Goldsboro Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church with Pastor Mark Thomas officiating. The family will visit with friends after the service at the church.
Tony attended Goldsboro Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church and had worked with Neese's Sausage Company as a supervisor.
In addition to his wife, Tony is survived by two brothers and sisters-in-law, Bobby Earl Norwood Jr. and his wife, Joyce of Holly Ridge and Randy Jearl Norwood and his wife, Annette of Warsaw; and a sister, Jan Barber of Goldsboro and her former husband, Ricky Barber. His brother, Jeffrey Neil Norwood preceded him in death and is survived by sister-in-law, Dawn Murray of Goldsboro. He was also survived by lots of special nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
