Robert Franklin "Cod" Poindexter, 62, Teachey, died Thursday.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. today at Community Funeral Home chapel of Rose Hill. Burial will be in Carter Cemetery at Rockfish.
He was born in Duplin County March 8, 1954, to the late Raymond C. Poindexter and Margaret F. Robinson Poindexter.
He is survived by wife, Martha G. Poindexter, and two sons.
