Ellen Faye "Byrd" Radford, 72, died Monday at Wayne UNC Health Care.
There will be no formal service.
She was born Nov. 29, 1943, to the late James Burden "J.B." and Alice Minshew Radford.
She is survived by a son.
Arrangements are by Howell Funeral Home and Crematory.
