Hazel Grady Faulkner, 91, LaGrange, died Sunday.
Funeral will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery.
She was born May 20, 1925, in Lenoir County to the late Walter J. Grady and Lizzie Mae Hall Grady. She was married to the late Harry Bruce Faulkner.
She is survived by a son.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 1 to 2 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home.
