Ruth Outland Hooks Aycock, 94, Fremont, died Tuesday, June 21, 2016.
Funeral Thursday 6 p.m. at Fremont Free Will Baptist Church, followed by a time of visiting and sharing.
Interment Friday 10 a.m. at Nahunta Cemetery of Pikeville.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Hardy Elmer Hooks and Royal B. Aycock; son, Kenneth Hooks; stepson, Jimmy Aycock; and brother, Ellis Outland.
Ruth is survived by her son, Danny Hooks of Fremont; granddaughters, Kimberly and Christeana; stepson, Bryant Aycock (Katherine) of Pikeville; two stepgrandchildren; and a special cousin, Daphne Kirby Dixon of Wilson.
