Funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations. Burial will be in Fremont Cemetery.
She was born July 24, 1967, in Washington, D.C., to Annette Taylor and Roy Best.
