Leslie Ray "L.R." Nunn III, 62, died Wednesday at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.
Visitation will be Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home, followed by a graveside service in Calypso Cemetery, with the Rev. Paul Rose officiating.
Born in Lenoir County, he was the son of Ike and Ann Nunn of Calypso. He was married to Joanie Nunn.
He is survived by five children.
