John Archie Bullis, 75, Goldsboro, passed away Sunday, Feb. 21, 2016, at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro.
A celebration of life gathering will be held Friday, Feb. 26, 2016, at 4:30 p.m. at Stoney Creek Country Club.
Mr. Bullis was born in Michigan Feb. 4, 1941, to the late Benjamin and Louise Florence Davis Bullis.
He was retired from the United States Air Force.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Ferrell; one son, Stephan Bullis of Butner; one daughter, Laura Moore and husband, Mark, of Wake Forest; one brother, Ash Bullis and wife, Diane, of Michigan; one sister, Anne Kirby and husband, Bill, of Michigan; and two grandchildren, Mark Allan Moore and Shannah Grace Moore.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Benjamin Bullis, and a grandchild, Briley Ashlya Moore.
The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
