Charles F. "C.J." Elliott Jr., 18, 2974 N.C. 43 North, Vanceboro, died Friday at Vidant Medical Center.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at West Craven High School. Burial will be in Adams Family Cemetery in Vanceboro.
Visitation will be Friday from 2 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home and an hour prior to the service at the church.
Arrangements are by Trinity Memorial Funeral Home Inc. of Kinston.
