BILL WATERS

William Austin "Bill" Waters, 87, Atlantic Beach, died Friday at home.
Graveside service will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Willow Dale Cemetery, with the Rev. Gene Waters officiating.
He was born in Guilford County April 4, 1928, to the late Thomas Pope Waters and Marjorie Cecelia Haynes Waters. He was married to the late Rosa Lee Dixon.
He is survived by three children.
Visitation will follow the service at the cemetery.
