Debroah Dianne Grady Stainback, 58, Seven Springs, died on Monday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
She was the daughter of the late Dan and Isabelle Grady.
Mrs. Stainback was a respiratory specialist at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A funeral service will be held at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home chapel Thursday evening at 7:30 p.m., with the Rev. Linda Grider officiating. Committal services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Grady Family Cemetery.
A time of fellowship will be held following the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 E. 33rd St., New York, N.Y., 10016, or Walker Memorial United Methodist Church, 2862 N.C. 111 South, Seven Springs, N.C., 28578.
