Jasper Dawson, 87, 1150 N.C. 55, New Bern, died Sunday at home.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Pleasant Hill AME Zion Church in New Bern. Burial will be in Dawson Family Cemetery.
Visitation will be 3 to 6 p.m. Friday, followed by an inspirational visitation from 6 to 8, at the funeral home. The family will receive at the home, where the family will assemble for the funeral procession.
Arrangements are by Trinity Funeral Home of Kinston.
