Betty Christine Raynor Wooten, 84 of 3800 Wayne Memorial Drive, Apt. 2B, passed on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Goldsboro, N.C.
The celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Best Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 1065 Tommy's Road, Goldsboro. She will be laid to rest at Old Mill Cemetery, Goldsboro, N.C.
Visitation will be held today from 1 until 7 p.m. with the family arriving to receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
She was born in Buncombe County to William Raynor and Sarah Sanders Raynor. She is survived by her four daughters.
The family is receiving friends at the home of her daughter, 908 National Drive, Goldsboro, where they will also assemble Tuesday at 9:45 a.m. in preparation for the funeral procession.
Arrangements are being handled by J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
