Dwayne Alan Smith, 56, Goldsboro, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2015, at his home.
He was born in Bossier City, La., Feb. 25, 1959, to John Walter Smith and Carolyn S. Smith of Goldsboro.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, 2015, at Walker Family Cemetery on Hood Swamp Road, with the Rev. Barry Teague officiating.
The family will receive friends Friday following the service at the cemetery and other times at the home of John and Carolyn Smith.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children, Dustin Lee Smith and wife, Brittany, Kelsey Diane Fields and Hailey Brooke Fields, and grandchildren, Shawn and Max Tate.
He is also survived by his sister, Teresa Haithcock and husband, Johnnie; niece, Emily Corbett; and nephews, Brian Corbett and wife, Ashley, and Kyle Corbett and wife, Kelli, and their children.
