Steven Randall Lewis, 59, Supply, formerly of Kenansville, died Monday.
Memorial service will be 7 p.m. Saturday at Community Funeral Home in Warsaw.
He was born July 8, 1955, in Wayne County to the late Morris Randall Lewis and Barbara Ann Nunn Lewis.
He is survived by a daughter.
Visitation will follow the service.
