RAVEN LIGHT JOHNSON
March 11, 1949-June 2, 2015
Raven Light "Uncle Boo" Johnson, 66, died Tuesday morning at home.
He was born in Pamlico County to the late Herbert Mills and Sarah Uldine Williamson Johnson.
The family will be receiving friends at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home Thursday from 4 to 5 p.m.
Mr. Johnson is survived by four children, Raven Johnson, Robert Johnson, Karen Spooner and Stephanie Collins; one brother, Ervin Johnson; two sisters, Sharon Johnson and Marilyn Clodfelter; five grandchildren, London Johnson, Violet Johnson, Carmen Johnson, Dylan Spooner and Allison Spooner; a special friend, Patrick O'Quinn; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby Johnson and Miles Johnson, and one sister, June Williamson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home and Crematory, P.O. Box 167, Goldsboro, N.C., 27533, to help offset funeral costs.
