MARY LOUISE HESS YOUNG

Mary Louise Hess Young passed peacefully from this life Sunday, May 3, 2015, surrounded by her loving family.
Mary Lou was a native of Princeton, N.C.
She was the owner of Lou's Catering for 25 years, and was a secretary at South Side Upper Elementary.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Picayune, The Guild, Picayune Garden Club, Pistols 'N' Petticoats and Stash Sisters Quilting Club.
Arrangements are under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
The Rev. Harold Manning and the Rev. Jim Ingram will officiate the service.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George B. Hess and Betty Louise Peele Hess.
Left to cherish her memory include her husband of 51 years, Richard Anthony Young; her daughters, Ann Y. Wolf and husband, Terry, of Rancho Murieta, Calif., Sarah Y. Frierson and husband, James, of Carriere, Miss., and Katie Y. Hansen of Natchez, Miss.; two grandchildren, Alyssa Frierson and Neil Frierson; her brother, Roger Hess of German Town Hills, Ill.; and her sisters, Pat Jestadt and Karen Wroble of Mountain Home, Ark.
Visitation will be held Saturday, May 9, 2015, at First United Methodist Church of Picayune from noon to 2 p.m. A memorial service will begin at 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Boy Scout Troop 2 at First United Methodist Church of Picayune, 323 N. Haugh Ave., Picayune, Miss., 39466.
