Amaziah Lewis Jr., 66, 4042 County Line Road, LaGrange, died Monday at the University of North Carolina Hospitals in Chapel Hill.
Funeral will be Sunday at noon at Maranatha Seventh Day Adventist Church. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery.
He was born April 8, 1949, in Wayne County to Amaziah Lewis Sr. and Sevelia Jackson Lewis. He was married to Fannie Graham Lewis.
He is survived by three sons.
Visitation will be Saturday from 2 to 7 p.m. in J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
