Lorraine Thomas-Staten, 67, 510 Butler Ford Road, Vanceboro, died Sunday at Carolina East Medical Center in New Bern.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Queens Chapel Free Will Baptist Church. Burial will be in Dawson-Moye Family Cemetery.
Visitation will be tonight 2 to 6 at G. Lane Memorial Chapel and an hour prior to the service at the church. The family will receive guests at 9395 Main St., Vanceboro.
