Carolyn Kay Hill Simmons, 60, 734 W. N.C. 403, Mount Olive, died Thursday in Vidant Care Hospital in Greenville.
Memorial service will be Wednesday at 5 p.m. in James T. Haskins Memorial Chapel of Haskins Funeral Home.
She was born Aug. 20, 1954, in Wayne County to Eddie Hill Jr. and Syrona Simmons.
The family will receive friends at 201 Gordon St., Mount Olive.
