Malcolm "Pete" Howard, 68, Kinston, died Wednesday at The Laurels of Forest Glenn Nursing and Rehabilitation in Garner.
Funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in Nannie D. Loftin Memorial Chapel at Loftin Memorial-J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home. Burial will be in Southview Cemetery in Kinston.
He was born Dec. 30, 1945, in Kinston to Clarence and Maybelle Coward Howard.
He is survived by a child.
Visitation will be Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m. in the chapel.
