Levy "L.C." McCalop, 77, 149 E. Nelson St., Mount Olive, died Monday in Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be Saturday at 1 p.m. in James T. Haskins Memorial Chapel of Haskins Funeral Home. Burial will be in Carver Memorial Park in Mount Olive.
He was born Dec. 27, 1936, to Arthur McCalop and Carrie Armwood McCalop in Duplin County.
He is survived by six children.
Visitation Friday from 2 to 6 p.m. at Haskins Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at 302 Violeta St., where it will assemble for the funeral procession.
