Carl Lamont Marsh, Sr., 63, of Goldsboro rested his life's journey on Sunday, June 29, 2014 at Wayne Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Greater St. John FWBC, 613 Mitchell Rd., Dudley, N.C. with Dr. William Mitchell Jr. officiating/eulogist and Elder Nathan Howell presiding.
Interment will be in Wayne Memorial Park. Visitation will be held today from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m., at The Bishop Lonnie E. Holloway Sr. Memorial Chapel at the funeral home. The family will be present from 5 until 6 p.m. All other times family and friends will be received at 507 Summerlin Dr., Goldsboro, where they will also assemble for the procession.
Carl is survived by his wife of 42 years, Joyce Marsh; one son, Carl Lamont Marsh Jr. (Reva), of LaGrange; one daughter, Christal (Ennis) Faison of Goldsboro; grandchildren, Angel and Aliah Faison; brothers, Charles and James Marsh of Goldsboro.
