Louvenia Lane, 89, Willow Creek Nursing and Rehab Center, died Wednesday.
Funeral will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Hamilton Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
Visitation will be tonight from 2 to 7. The family will assemble at 919 Oak St. an hour prior to the service for the procession.
