MOUNT OLIVE -- Miss Deborah Carol Crow, 58, known to most as Debbie, passed away early Wednesday morning, July 31, 2013, at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Services to remember her and her life will be held Thursday, Aug. 1, at 7 p.m. at Tyndall Funeral Home, officiated by pastor Douglas Bartlett, and followed by visitation.
A committal service will be held Friday, Aug. 2, at 11 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park, and will be officiated by pastor Jeffrey Dail.
Family and friends are also being received at the Steve and Billie Jo Lambert residence, 114 Fields Drive, Mount Olive.
Debbie attended Mount Olive First Pentecostal Holiness Church for just as long as her health allowed.
A native of Goldsboro, she enjoyed the simple things of life like taking walks, being friendly with conversation, drawing, the outdoors, growing plants, studying God's word, being with her family and especially children.
She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Billie Jo and Steve Lambert of Mount Olive, and with whom she lived in recent years; a brother and sister-in-law, Gwynn and Kathy Crow of Bridgeton; and nieces and nephews, Kandice Mott and husband, Sean, of Fayetteville, Kristina Carter of Magnolia, James Lambert of the home, Nathan Crow of Townsville, N.C., and Justin Crow of Oxford; and four great-nieces.
Her father, Clarence H. Crow, mother, Gertrude Edwards Crow Lewis, stepfather, Billy H. Lewis, and a niece, Brianna Faith Lambert, preceded her in death.
