KINSTON -- Jacob Franklin "Jake" Rogers Sr., 76, died Monday.
Funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Rouse Funeral Home, with pastor Sam Jones officiating. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery.
He was born July 12, 1936, in Lenoir County to the late Charlie Rogers Sr. and Pearlie Whaley Rogers.
He is survived by six children.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at Rouse Funeral Home in LaGrange, and at other times the family will be at the home of Debbie Rogers, 172 Goodman Road, Kinston.
