Elnora B. "Big Sis" Burney, 95, died Monday at Willow Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Funeral will be Friday at 11 a.m. at St. Luke Church of Christ Disciples of Christ Church, with elder David Williams officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
She was born Aug. 22, 1917, in Wayne County to the late Emmitt and Irene Flanagan Broadhurst.
She is survived by a son and a stepson.
Visitation will be today from 2 to 6 p.m. in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel of J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
