FOUR OAKS -- Rita Marlene Compton, 56, died Monday, Sept. 24, 2012.
Funeral service will be Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012, at 11 a.m. at West and Dunn Funeral Home chapel in Newton Grove, with the Rev. Jim Skinner officiating. Interment will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
She is survived by her mother, Myrtle Compton; sisters, Kathy Thompson and Joann Thompson, both of Mount Olive, and Valerie Quintero of LaGrange; brothers, Tommy Ferguson of Forrest, Miss., and Clyde Ferguson of Four Oaks; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, Sept. 26, from 6 to 8.
