Marilyn Joy Beech Wheeler, 60, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Marilyn was born in England on Nov. 16, 1951 to the late Fred and Frances May Beech. She was married to the late Danny Alan Wheeler, who preceded her in death on Dec. 18, 2002. Marilyn was a member of Freedom Baptist Church. She was a caring and loving parent whose primary goal was the happiness and security of her family.
Funeral services will be held today at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home with Rev. David Jackson officiating. Interment will be Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012 at 1 p.m. in Wayne Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends Tuesday following the service.
Marilyn is survived by her son, Kevin Dean Wheeler; her brothers, Keith Beech and Phil Beech, both of England; and her sisters-in-law, Georgia Weeks of Jacksonville and Linda Hairr of Rose Hill.
