Donna Faye Smith, 65, Vance Street, passed away Thursday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Ms. Smith was born in Wayne County Dec. 7, 1946, to the late Arthur and Margaret Moore Perry. She was preceded in death by her husband, C.W. Smith.
A graveside service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.
The family will greet friends afterward.
Ms. Smith is survived by a daughter, Hazel Williams of Clinton; three brothers, Arthur Wayne Perry and wife, Charlotte, of Goldsboro, William Douglas Perry and wife, Debra, of Grantham and John Allen Perry and wife, Carolyn, of Suttontown; and a sister, Maye Ellen Perry and significant other, Dale Murat, of Goldsboro.
