MIDWAY -- Royal F. Rowe, 74, 108 Citrus Circle, formerly of Wayne County, died Saturday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in the James T. Haskins Memorial Chapel of Haskins Funeral Home. Burial will be in Old Mill Cemetery.
He was born May 27, 1938, in Wayne County to Frank Rowe Sr. and Essie Mitchell Rowe.
He is survived by three children.
Visitation will be Friday from 2 to 6 p.m. at Haskins Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends at 202 Pinewood Drive, where it will assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
