WARSAW -- Gladys Ann Waters Cook died Tuesday at Warsaw Health and Rehabilitation.
Funeral will be 7 p.m. Thursday at Community Funeral Home chapel in Warsaw. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Devotional Gardens.
She was born in Warsaw to the late Tom Waters and Winnie Wiley Waters. She was married to the late Ollie Cook.
She is survived by two sons and a daughter.
Visitation will follow the service.
