Retired Army Command Sergeant Maj. Willie Percell Faison Jr., 60, East Holly Street, passed away Sunday, April 22, 2012, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro.
A service to celebrate Willie's life will be Sunday, April 29, 2012, at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends afterward.
Mr. Faison was born in Wayne County Jan. 28, 1952, to the late Willie Percell Faison and Esther Wooten Faison.
He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Velvelon J. Faison; a son, Willie Percell Faison III and wife, Ann Marie of Fayetteville; a daughter, Helen Adean Faison of Durham; two grandchildren, J'Marcus Faison and Nina Faison; an aunt, Carrie Mae Faison; four cousins, Doris, Monica, Jackie and Ted; two sisters; and a host of family and friends.
Professional services are entrusted to Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
