PIKEVILLE -- Shelby Jean Summerlin, 74, Big Daddy's Road, died Thursday at Wake Med in Raleigh.
Funeral will be Sunday at 3 p.m. from the chapel of Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home in Fremont. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery in Fremont.
She was married to the late Johnny Summerlin Sr.
She is survived by five children.
Visitation will be Sunday from 1:30 to 2:45 p.m. at the funeral home, and other times at the home of her daughter, Janet McBride, 1625 Lancaster Road in Pikeville.
