ABERDEEN--Claudia Williams Carpenter, 78, died Thursday at FirstHealth.
The daughter of the late Claude Washington Williams and Annie Mae Bullard Williams, Claudia was born in Cheraw, S.C. on May 14, 1933.
She is survived by her husband, Johnny, and three children.
A graveside service will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Pinebluff Cemetery with the Rev. Lee Proctor and Rev. Don Ballenger officiating. At other times the family is receiving friends at 607 John McQueen Road in Forest Hills.
Arrangements are being handled by Powell Funeral Home in Southern Pines.
