WARSAW -- Margaret Simmons Strickland, 89, died Tuesday at Taylor Extended Care in Sea Level.
A memorial service will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. at Warsaw Baptist Church.
She was born May 20, 1921, in New Hanover County to the late Walter and Jane Thomas Strickland. She was married to James F. Strickland.
She is survived by a son and a daughter.
Visitation will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Warsaw Baptist Church.
